These talented students who are passionate about preparing great food and providing warm hospitality are proof that the restaurant industry has a bright future ahead. See a list of the best and brightest in the Wisconsin foodservice industry receiving scholarships this year.

Over $39,000 in scholarships will be awarded to 23 students for use during the 2016/2017 school year. WRA Education Foundation scholarships are made possible by generous contributions to the Foundation’s endowment fund. Additional funding is provided by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

An individual, company or organization can establish a permanent scholarship in their name or that of a special person through the WRA Education Foundation Endowment Fund program.

The WRA Education Foundation awards scholarships based upon future plans in the restaurant and hospitality industry, academic records, essays and recommendations from employers and instructors.
