Restaurants Endorse Christine Sinicki for Assembly
Madison, WI — The Wisconsin Restaurant Association has endorsed Representative Christine Sinicki for reelection to the state Assembly from the 20th Assembly District, on Milwaukee’s South Side.
Aside from serving in the state Assembly since her election in 1998, Sinicki has experience in the restaurant industry as a server and manager in a restaurant. She has life-long ties to the District and counts many local restaurant owners among her supporters.
“Representative Sinicki’s strong connection with her community allows her to address the concerns that small business owners in her district often struggle with,” explains Ed Lump, President and CEO of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association. “She understands the amount of work it takes to run a successful business and prioritizes an environment that helps her constituents to succeed.”
WRA encourages members voting in the Democratic primary on August 9th to vote for Christine Sinicki.
The Wisconsin Restaurant Association is the trade association that represents Wisconsin’s 16,000 licensed food service establishments. The food service industry employs 270,200 people and provides nearly one in every ten jobs in the state.
