Affordable Care Act (ACA) News More changes to the Health Care Law
The Department of the Treasury announced late Tuesday that the mandate for employers with more than 50 full-time employees contained in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has been postponed until January 1, 2015. For more information, CLICK HERE.
It appears that other mandates in the law remain on schedule, including the October 1, 2013 deadline for notifying your employees of their health care options and the mandate for individuals to have health care coverage in 2014 or face penalties.
The requirements of the Affordable Care Act are complex and seem to be ever-changing.
