Exhibitor Badges

The primary contact person listed on your company's exhibit contract is sent an email with instructions on how to register your company's staff for the 2018 Midwest Foodservice Expo. The email includes a unique user password.

You will need this specially assigned user password to begin the registration process.
All exhibitor badges must be ordered online.

The advance exhibitor badge registration deadline is March 9, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Badges ordered over your complimentary allotment before the advance deadline will be charged at $30. After the deadline has passed, all badges ordered over your complimentary allotment will be $45. All badges will be held for onsite pick-up.

Child Admission Policies
Children under 16 years of age (including infants) will not be permitted access to the exhibit floor at any time. This INCLUDES all move-in and move-out hours in addition to regular show hours. This policy is strictly enforced.
