Teams consisting of two to four hospitality management students will work together to develop a complete business concept for a new restaurant. The proposal will include a staffing plan, marketing and branding, menu, design/décor and more.
Watch as the industry’s future leaders showcase their ideas for new businesses! Teams will have 15 minutes to present their concept to a panel of respected industry professionals. The presentation will be followed up with a 15-minute Q&A with the judges on topics relating to their presentation.
Winning teams receive trophies and cash prizes - $300 for 1st, $200 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd.
$150 per team if registration received prior to February 1, 2018.
$200 per team if registration received after February 1, 2018.
